If the power bank isn't back in a station within 36 hours, a one-time $35 replacement fee is charged to the card or phone you rented with.

Your card stays safe. Payments are processed by Stripe, which saves your card securely. Martel Imports never stores your card number. Charges appear on your statement as MARTEL IMPORTS LLC.

What does it cost my venue to host a station?
Nothing. We place the station at no cost to you and your venue earns a share of every rental. Payout details are set in your venue agreement.
What do guests pay?
Each venue sets its own rental price. The suggested price is $5.50 per rental, and guests always see the price on the station before they rent.
What happens if a power bank isn't returned or gets lost?
If it isn't back in a station within 36 hours, a one-time $35 replacement fee is charged to the card or phone used to rent it. Guests accept this on the station before every rental.
Is there a deposit?
A temporary hold is placed on the card when the rental starts. When the power bank is returned, the rental fee is charged and the rest of the hold is released.
Is my card information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, which saves the card securely as a token. Martel Imports never stores card numbers.
If I buy a kiosk, who gets the rental payments?
You do. Kiosk owners connect their own Stripe account and card reader, so every rental is paid directly to them. You set the rental price, the hold and the non-return fee.
Are there monthly fees for kiosk owners?
No. The management software is included with no monthly or software service fees, and the hardware has a 1-year warranty.
I'm buying kiosks to resell. Do I pay sales tax?
Connecticut sales tax is added at checkout. If you're buying for resale, contact us with your resale certificate before you order.
